Michael H. Yancey has managed debt and equity financing at Crown Capital since 1986.

Mr. Yancey graduated from Stanford University with an A.B. degree in economics in 1975. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Hastings School of Law in 1979. In law school he was a contributing editor to the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and authored an article on California Usury Law.

During law school Mr. Yancey also served as a law clerk for the California Department of Real Estate.

Mr. Yancey has worked as a real estate appraiser for Home Savings of America, an associate attorney for the San Jose law firm of Berlinger, Cohen and Biagini and as Vice President of Income Property Lending for Crocker Mortgage, a wholly owned subsidiary of Crocker National Bank, the fourth largest bank in California at the time.
